https://doi.org/10.24069/SEP-22-32

Abstract

The article focuses on the academic expertise. Various types of assessment are considered. The author studies the evaluation’s violations and systematizes them in the phenomenon of expertise’s criteria declining. So, it is no coincidence the special attention is paid to the expertise’s parameterization. This work is the result of its author experience – for more than 20 years – with dozens of research institutions in different countries. Findings and outcomes can be used both by the expertise-holders (the definition of this publication’s author) in various fields of this kind of research activity and by the projects /text’s contributors.
