The basic concepts of building information retrieval thesauri, specialized dictionaries used for indexing resources in dictionary information retrieval systems, are based on the use of metadata, search indexes, to determine the thematic relevance between indexed information resources and search queries. The author shows that in the field of information search in recent years, keyword search languages based on specialized dictionaries with controlled vocabulary, information retrieval thesauri, have become widespread. The author examines the main stages of the development of thesauri – from the construction of the structure of search terms and the concepts expressed by them, to the formation of a systematic structure of knowledge expressed by terms. The author discusses the reflection of the development of concepts for building information retrieval thesauri and search indexing in the regulatory knowledge organization framework adopted on the Internet and developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as well as at the level of international (ISO) and Russian national (GOST) standardization organizations. The author concludes that it is necessary to update the Russian national regulatory framework for search indexing by harmonizing Russian and international standards in this area.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье анализируются ключевые принципы разработки поисковых тезаурусов и методы индексирования, используемые в библиотечно-издательской сфере. Основные концепции построения информационно-поисковых тезаурусов– специализированных словарей, применяемых для индексирования ресурсов в словарных информационно-поисковых системах, основаны на использовании метаданных– поисковых индексов для определения тематической релевантности между проиндексированными информационными ресурсами и поисковыми запросами. В области информационного поиска в последние годы большое распространение получили информационно-поисковые языки ключевых слов, основанные на специализированных словарях с контролируемой лексикой– информационно-поисковых тезаурусах. Рассматриваются основные этапы развития тезаурусов– от построения структуры поисковых терминов и выражаемых ими понятий до формирования систематизированной структуры знаний, выражаемых терминами. Показано, как отражается развитие концепций построения информационно-поисковых тезаурусов и поискового индексирования в нормативной базе организации знаний, принятой в сети Интернет и развиваемой Консорциумом Всемирной паутины (W3C), а также на уровне организаций международной (ISO) и российской национальной (ГОСТ) стандартизации.
